In century 21, administration of Vh64044 plunders the Pskov airport, located in few km North-East from the main residence of Vh64044. Then, the airport is used exclusively as a military base, as instrument of terror and genocide, for war crimes at neighing countries, mainly Ukraine. The militaries have seized the equipment of the civil airport; no commercial flights from that airport nor to that airport are available. Since that, the Pskov airport becomes the Pskov airbase, essentially military object. The commanders of Vh64044 try to use the same schemes to robe, to steal, to plunder the civil properties in other countries, extending geography of their terror, see «New World Order» and «Russki mir».

Putin world war

Soldiers of Vh64044 participate in the Putin world war and, in particular, reform the Russian invasion into Ukraine.

Since 2022.02.24, the Russian invasion into Ukraine becomes the full-scale Russia-Ukraine war, existential total war. In Russian propaganda, this total war is denoted with term «Спецоперация», that could be translated into English as «Special military operation».

Speciality of this operation is formed by the following features:

2022.02.24, the hundreds thousand Russian nazis invade Ukraine from many directions; in particular, from the previously occupied Crimea (see «Annexation of Crimea») and Ordlo; and also from territory of Belarus.

The Russian aggressors perform genocide of the civil population at the ossified territory. They robe, rape and kill the civilian population. Comparison with German nazis of time of the World War II indicates that cruelty, brutality, aggression, barbarism of the Putin's occupants greatly exceed that of their Hitler's colleagues . These occupants are denoted with term orks. Things that the orks can withdraw and/or sell, they plunder, see «2022.04.02.Мародеры». Things that they cannot use, the orks destroy, see «Россия полностью уничтожила Мариуполь».

The Russian «special operation» against Ukraine is performed according to the plan by the Russian usurper. That plan provides the genocide of Ukrainians, menacing of civilized countries with nuclear weapon, use of the Russian army in Ukraine as a cannon fodder and deceiving of Russians with rashistic propaganda of the «Russki mir» and the «New Would Order».

There is no evidence, that staff of Vh64044 is an exception from general impression of Russian army as hords or orks, terrorists, marauders, murderers, fascists, nazis. Contrary, the relation with KGB (GRU) indicates that soldiers of the Vh64044 are even more barbarians that other devisions of the Russian army. Such a qualification of the Russian army and, especially of the Vh64044 shows good agreement with the general concept, that corruption in Russia in century 21 not only got the large scale, but becomes common, usual phenomenon, that characterizes the entire life of the Russian officials .

Statements by Russian officials and propagandists indicate that the Russian invasion into Ukriane is only beginning of the high plan that includes invasion Central and Western Europe. The resource of the Russian usurper are not sufficient to make such a war successful for him. For this reason, many authors consider the Russian usurper as a stupid, creasy paranoid. Other hypothesis assume, that the final goal of the usurper is destruction of Russia, see «Мы попадём в рай а они сдохнут».
Considering of enemy as a stupid idiot is not a good strategy. More practical is the concept that the goals of the Usurper include destruction of Russia sand extermination of Russians, in such a way, that the Usurper may continue his life in relatively safe "Edem" conditions of his personal bunker.
Activity of Vh64044 seems to serve this goal.

Many attack against Ukrainian civilian objects are performed from territory of RF.

The attack on the Russian nazis, that already have invaded Ukraine, seem to be not sufficient to stop the aggressors. One may expect the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory - at least to the military objects at the aggressor territory.

In particular, territory of Vh64044, place of its permanent dislocation, is also a legitimate target.

The Budapest memorandum does not provide any limit on methods that may be used against country that has signed that memorandum but brutally violates its conditions. In this sense, any weapon may be used against the aggressor.
One may expect to find news about bavovnas at Vh64044; perhaps without a hint, who performs it: the Russian officials fighting each other as competitors, or some army of the Anti-Putin coalition, or some non-organizer partisans. This may happen as soon as the higher priority (more dangerous) military targets at Russia are eliminated.

For civilians, who are not directly involved into war crimes, it may have sense to stay away from Vh64044 and the Pskov airbase, in order not to happen in a wrong place at a wrong time. Emulation of the bavovna (бавовна, warining) is shown in figure at right.

Such a Bavovna may be performed not in order to punish the «bad guys», but to save millions of people at Europe from the Putin world war.

This article is not an appeal for extrajudical murdering of staff of Vh64044 nor for the physical elimination of Vh64044. At such a brutal liquidation, some victims among the civil population are difficult to avoid. More civilized methods to deal with the war crimes are mentioned in articles «Hague», «Nuremberg-2», «Ст.353 УК РФ».

The Editor hopes these methods to be used in sud a way, that the Pitin war against the Human civilization can be stopped without brutal methods of World War II (see «I bomber Dresden»). Those authors who criticize such methods to deal against aggression, may consider to apply more civilized methods; they already have a quarter-century to do it (at least since the Chechen wars).

The Editor keeps his right to call things by their proper names.
Such a honesty is not an attempt to prolong the agony of the Putin's Russia, nor an attempt to boost the collapse of RF, although many authors expect it to happen during century 21.
