That is precisely the morality dominating the 21st century; and not only in Mоscovia..
Ideally, on the first day of the aggression, the parliaments of civilized nations could have announce the emergency sessions and passed laws mandating the immediate sale and/or evacuation of any assets located within Moscovia. They should have evacuated their citizens from Muscovia. They had to freeze all agreements with Russian State organizations and officials until the withdrawal of Russian aggressors from the occupied territories, the handover of war criminals to the International Criminal Court, and the payment of reparations for the invasion. There could have been an immediate seizure of all Moscovia banking assets, as well as the assets of the officials who facilitated the aggression. That is how the «Bigpuf» could have been stopped. But that didn't happen. There were «Storing Worries» instead.. Trading with a criminal is usually profitable — until you become his victim yourself.. I continue. то он не успеет убрать урожай. В следующий раз он засеет столько, сколько может собрать с самодельным топливом и/или с конной тягой.
Тo есть в разы меньше. На первый взгляд, беда касается только аграриев, но это не так. Обычно, аграрий производит еду в количестве, в десятки раз раз большем, чем потребляет сам. То есть аграрий без еды не останется. Он не построит новый дом, не обновит сельхозтехнику, не купит новые шмотки. Но если у него нет долгов, то от голода аграрий не умрет, себя аграрий прокормит. Проблема в том, что в город еды он продает мало или даже не продает. Такое же было на Московии в 1918-1920 годах. Государство начинает грабить аграриев, и начинается гражданская война, то есть уже полноценный кризис и бигпуф. Кроме того, в северных районах Московии, осенью и зимой, недолив топлива обычно означает безвозвратную потерю транспортного средства; иногда также водителя и пассажиров. И то же кораблями, с самолетами, и вертолётами, как только авиакомпании начинают экономить на резерве, «авось хвтит». Arturov: There is a direct link here. If an agrarian has to spend half the day waiting in line just to buy a day’s supply of diesel, he won’t have time to harvest his crops. Next time, he’ll only plant enough to harvest using homemade fuel or horse-drawn equipment; meaning, vastly less. At first glance, this problem affects only agrarians, but that’s not the case. Typically, an agrarian produces many times more food than he consumes himself. So, the agrarian won’t go hungry; he’ll be able to feed himself. He just won’t build a new house. No new farm machinery. No new clothes. But provided the agrarian has no debts, the agrarian won’t starve; he can sustain himself. The problem is that he sells very little food to the cities, or perhaps none at all. The same already happened in Moscoviа in 1918-1920. The State plunders the agrarians; the famine, the civil war, and the full-scale bigpuf.. Moreover, in the northern regions of Mоscovиа, during autumn and winter, a fuel shortage usually causes the irretrievable loss of the vehicle; and sometimes also the death of the driver and the passengers. The same about ships and boats. The same applies to aircrafts whenever airlines start skimping on fuel reserves, banking on the hope that "it’ll probably be enough." Regions become cut off from one another, and every high-ranking official seeks to break away and set himself up as a tsar in his own fiefdom. In such a way, the fuel shortage is «beginning of the end».. I think, I turn to the next question.. |

It is a religion that mandates the wearing of clothing. And also questions, who can and should decide who ought to dress whom, where, and in what. I’ll try to answer everyone at once. Jonathan Swift addressed such questions as well. In his case, it was about which end of a boiled egg to crack open, but the matter is the same.. The thing is, that wearing accurate, "protocol-compliant" clothing sometimes substitutes for the need to be accurate in other areas. In one's words and actions.. I am neither defending nor criticizing Vestism. I don't know what the «right way» is. Even in Tartaria, that «right way» changes from one farm to another.. Yes, what they call a «farm» is the equivalent of our «state». Originally, they actually were farms, because all the industry had been destroyed at the Bigpuf. Later, factories, cities appeared; these аre no longer farms, but rather republics. Many years ago, it was a joke, to call Moscovia «union of independent states».. But the term «farm» is still in use in this meaning.. It was meant to be a temporary. Артуров: Когда топлива мало, на некотором этапе возникает положительная обратная связь. Чтобы достать топливо, надо объехать много заправок. Для этого надо ещё больше топлива. Начиная с некоторого момента, топливо становится проще украсть, чем купить.. Ментальность и нравственность мы сегодня уже обсуждали. Каждый район начинает отстаивать свои интересы; с заправок гонят иногородних. Споры перестают в драки, драки в перестрелки.. Дальше - больше. Я уже упомянул голод. Каннибализм на Московии популярен ещё со времён СССР. Во время СССР, на острове Назин был специальный концлагерь для воспитания людоедов. Думаю, что были и другие аналогичные концлагеря. Сталин боролся против населения своей страны примерно так, как в те времена в Европе боролись против крыс. Метод состоит в том, чтобы воспитать крысу-каннибала, крысу, которая ест других крыс. Одна такая крыса разрушает солидарность всей крысиной колонии. В СССР, такое сделали с людьми. То есть я не уверен в том, что человекообразных млекопитающих породы «совкопитек» следует обозначать термином «Люди». Даже несколько сот людоедов, воспитанных в специальных концлагерях, разрушают солидарность всей страны. И получается бигпуф. В этом смысле, топливный кризис был не причиной, но триггером. Отличительной чертой московского фашизма является полная неразборчивость в выборе жертвы. И соответственно, полная неразборчивость в выборе методов. Угнать машину ради 20 литров бензина стало нормой. Или даже убить водителя, если у него полный бак.. Совершать такие преступления ловчее не в своем городе, а в соседнем. И начинается война между соседними городами. Ну, а на войне, как на войне. У кого какое есть оружие, тот таким и пользуется. У кого есть топор, у кого пулемёт, у кого танк, а у кого-то ракета с ядерной бомбой.. Это развивалось постепенно. Если бы в начале 21го века кто-то предложил взорвать над соседней областью ядерную бомбу, то его бы не поняли: «Как же так, там же наши соотечественники!».. Но к середине 21го века, это уже вроде как в порядке вещей: «Мы же защищаемся!». A к концу 21 века, уже даже вопросов таких не возникало: «Или ты бомбишь соседа, или сосед бомбит тебя. Выживает сильнейший.».. Как вы понимаете, в случае ядерного оружия, не выживает почти никто. Вот так и получилось в Тартарии.. |
Arturov: When fuel runs low, at a certain stage, the positive feedback loop happens. To get fuel, one has to drive around to various gas stations. That requires even more fuel. Then, it becomes easier to steal the fuel than to buy it.. We’ve already discussed mentality and morality today. Each district starts defending its own interests; drivers from out of town get chased away from the gas stations. Arguments turn into fistfights, and fistfights into shootouts.. It escalates from there. I already mentioned famine. Cannibalism has been popular at Muscovia since the days of the USSR. Back in the Soviet era, there was a special concentration camp on Nazino Island to breed cannibals. I think there were also other similar camps. Stalin waged war against his own population in a way similar to the technics used against rats. The method involves breeding a cannibal rat, id est, a rat that eats other rats. A single rat like that destroys the solidarity of the entire rat colony. They did the same thing to people in the USSR. I’m not even sure if the "Sovkopithecus" breed of humanoid mammal should be qualified as «people». Even a few hundred cannibals raised in the special camps can destroy the solidarity of an entire country. And the result is a «Bigpuf». In that sense, the fuel crisis wasn't the root cause, but the trigger. The specific feature of Moscow-style fascism is a complete lack of selectivity in the choice of victims. And, consequently, a complete lack of selectivity in the choice of methods. Hijacking a car for just 20 liters of gasoline became the norm. Or even killing the driver if he had a full tank. It’s more expedient to commit such crimes in a neighboring town. And so, a war breaks out between neighboring towns. Well, war is war. You use whatever weapon you have at hand. Some have ах, others machine guns or tanks, while some possess missiles tipped with nuclear warheads.. This unfolded gradually. If, back in the early 21st century, someone had proposed detonating a nuclear bomb over a neighboring region, people wouldn't have understood: «That is impose! Our own compatriots are there!».. Yet by the mid-21st century, it had become the norm: «We’re just defending ourselves!» By the end of the 21st century, such questions no longer even arose: «Either you bomb your neighbor, or your neighbor bombs you. Apparently, Moses had pressed the alarm button: several burly police officers carrying batons entered the hall from several sides.
