TartariaE05 is chapter 5 of the the sci-fi utopia Tartaria.

It is the last chapter of the First book on Tartaria.

In this chapter, the journalists from The Clever Times come to Tartaria and try to interpret the events.

The Court sentences Nata Kiskin to be unconditional property of Murka Bank, according to the contact she had signed. Ruvim Pechor becomes temporal property of Murka Bank for two years.

Both Nata Kiskin and Ruvim Pechor are taken away from farm Galia to farm Murka.

Barsik Rybolov hopes to get profit selling Nata and leasing Ruvim.

Series of publications appears at the Russian section of The Clever Times. Here are some of them.

Однако, сообщения указывают, что потребуются ещё значительные усилия, прежде чем Тартарию можно будет назвать цивилизованной страной. Примитивное государственное устройство Тартарии вполне соответствует столь же диким и развращенным нравам её населения. Ситуация в Тартарии усугубляется тем, что визитёры из США, попав в Тартарию, думают, что там они могут вести себя, как дикари, и даже хуже, чем дикари.. Недавнее сообщение касается скандально известного Рувима Печора, прибывшего в Тартарию по приглашению Гальского Университета. Корреспонденту агенства Клеветаймс Ахмету Тускерштейну удалось встретиться с главным фигурантом скандала и узнать подробности. ..

Рувим Печор отрицает подлинность видеоаписей, уличающих его и его соучастницу Нату Кискин в педофилии и жестоком обращении с детьми.
Редакция располагает записями, в которых Ната Кискин уличает продавщицу По Лин в непристойном поведении. Таким образом, они там в Тартарии все одним миром мазаны.
Профессор Печор требует, чтобы сайт Клеветаймс удалил компрометирующие мувики. Печору предстоит отстаивать свою точку зрения в суде.

- Да, это наш коллега и мой соавтор. Мы работаем вместе над проблемами универсальных алгоритмов направленной генетической селекции. Идея в том, чтобы адаптировать методы, известные в ботанике, для зоологии, и наоборот. И к грибам тоже. Рувим предложил несколько новых идей, которые кажутся мне и шефу очень интересными. Маша Гебистов: Преступления Рувима Печора

Профессор Гальского Университета, Маша Гебистов подтверждает, что Рувим Печор использует коммерческий анализатор ДНК совершенно недопустимым способом, а именно, для изменения последовательностей ДНК в эмбрионах животных и человека.

Профессор Гебистов отметила, что основная часть работы связана именно с человеческими эмбрионами. Это указывает на то, что профессор Рувим Печор методами генной инженерии готовил ужасное злодеяние, а именно - создание генетически-модифицированного человека, и только своевременный арест Печора может его предотвратить.

Фашистская сущность судов в Тартарии

Тартарский суд под руководством Ли Сицина постановил депортировать наших корреспондентов, репортёра Ахмета Тускерштейна и видеооператора Еву Гебб. В качестве предлога для депортации, в решении суда указано несоответствие сообщений, опубликованных нашим корреспондентом Тускершейном, той информации, которой, по мнению суда, Тускерштейн и Гебб располагали в момент подготовки публикации. Решению о депортации предшествовал утомительный допрос, в ходе которого Тускерштейну и Гебб пришлось ответить на много острых вопросов.

Нашим корреспондентам не дали встретиться с Надей Кискин, соучастницей Рувима Печора.
Этот факт тоже свидетельствует о деградации законности в Тартарии.

Before the Hearing

Li Sitsin ordered that Nata be kept in a cage during the hearing.

A reasonable measure. If she loses control again, the sentence will become maximal automatically.

Zina convinced Nata to remain silent and not to file motions. In particular, everything that happened at the Ivanovs’ and at the Smits’ — including involvement of Ruvim — was excluded from the case.

Nata also withdrew her accusation against Murka Bank for fraud. Po Lin agreed to take the goods back at half price. Reputation costs money.

Between the bank interest, penalties, and compensation, there is no realistic path to a mild outcome.

The Galia National Court has been considered the case Galia against Kiskin and Pechor.

The Court reveals the following facts.

Forigner Nata Kiskin entered Tartaria as Guest of resident Ruvim Pechor.

Nata Kiskin got from Murka Bank the loan in amount of 10000 fans without any intent to return this money.

Spending part of this money at Po Lin Shop and replying the alert by Po Lin, the foreigner Nata Kiskin had qualified Po Lin with term «Голозадая проститутка».

Nata Kiskin had attacked Gella Ivanov qualifying her with term «Малолетняя пиздорванка».

Nata Kiskin had attacked Barbara Smit qualifying her with term «Блядь черножопая».

Some of these actions put in danger the Constitutional structure of Tartaria and in particular the civil order of Galia.

Ruvim Pechor

Accused Ruvim Pedhor had sufficient information about mental properties of Nata Kiskin. These properties would correspond to status "Refugee" but not not status "Guest".

Ruvim Pechor misinformed official of nearby farm Kristovina, major Vissarion Derimordov about mentality of Nata Kiskin and her safety for Tartaria in status "Guest".

The Fraud by Ruvim Pechor provoked series of violations mentioned below.

Nata Kiskin

Accused Nata Kiskin entering Tartaria promised to follow the Laws of Tartaria. Actually she did not. This is qualified as Fraud.

With assistance of Barsik Ribolov, Nata Kiskin has loaned from Murka Bank the cash in amount of 10000 Tartarian Funs with pretext of making business. No any attempt to perform business is detected from side to Nata Kiskin. Contrary, she bought goods at the Po Lin Shop for the Retail price; that action caused reduction of the value of the good, not an increase. The following activity of Nata Kiskin confirms that she cannot return the loan due to the other crimes mentioned below, those crimes automatically disable her to return the loan within 7 days. This also constitute the content of crime Fraud.

Nata Kiskin had attacked Gella Ivanov, Dependent of Tartaria citizens, nationals of Galia Tika Ivanov and Matvei Ivanov, who own Gella Ivanov as collective poperty.
The accused tried to justify her attack, qualifying the victim with term «Малолетняя пиздорванка». The first word of this term refer to the age of the victim. In composition this aggression, it constitutes the crime «age discrimination» aka Pedofobia.

Being defended by Barbara Smit, the accused tried to attack her, justifying the aggression using term «Блядь черножопая». Тhe same qualification had been repeated at the attempt of the administrative consideration of the case. The second word of this term refers to the race (black) of Barbara Smit. In combination with the aggression, such a qualification constitutes crime Racism.

Tika Ivanov and Matvei Ivanov

Gella Ivanov being collective property of Tika Ivanov and Matvei Ivanov committed serious fault. Before the accident, Gella Ivanov had revised the conversation of foreigner Nata Kiskin with Resident of Tartaria Ruvim Pechor. That conversation brings sufficient information about character of Nata Kiskin. Neglecting the information, Gella Ivanov come to meet Nata Kiskin having no machine gun. That time, Tika Ivanov and Matvei Ivanov owned several machine guns and Gella Ivanov has license and permission to use one of them for the self-defence. In such a way, property of Tika Ivanov and Matvei Ivanov had provoked the aggression that could be prevented without any action from side of Police nor from the Court. Such a misconduct constitutes crime «Appeasing aggression».

Barsik Ribolov

Agent of Murka Bank, Barsik Rybolov had loaned 10000 fans in cash to Nata Kiskin with pretext of making business at Tartaira.

Barsik Ribolov did not investigate details of the business and didn't not revise the way Nata Kiskin goes to use the loan. This can be interpreted as failure of performing of his direct professional duties.

Po Lin

Po Lin had alerted Nata Kiskin that it is not a good idea to buy a lot of expensive staff at once. Taking into account this alert, the actions of Po Lin are qualified a wise and correct.

Replying the alert by Po Lin, the accused Nata Kiskin had qualified Po Lin with term «Голозадая проститутка». This qualification refers to the view of Po Lin (that moment Po Lin was wearing only her biper that did not cover her the mentioned part of body) and one of kinds of services Po Lin offers to her customers; that also corresponds to observations and is qualified as correct.

Foreign visitors, journalists of The Clever Times in their publications tried to criminalize the term mentioned above. These attempts are qualified as Fraud.

The same applies also to several other statements observed in publications at The Clever Times; these publications are recognized as propaganda.

Sentences

On the base of observations and qualifications above, the Court sentences the following.

Journalists or The Clever Times, Eve Hebb and Ahmet Tuskerstein may not perform their professional activity at Galia and must leave from territory of Tartaria in 24 hour since this resolution. They are not allowed to enter Tartaria within 5 years beginning with the announce of this verdict.

Tika Ivanov and Matvei Ivanov must train their dependent Gella Ivanov in such a way that she may prevent any aggression from a mean statistical foreigner. Until Gella Ivanov gets the corresponding physical shape she must were the ready to use machine gun with her in any place that can be qualified as dangerous and must apply the weapon at any aggression before the aggressor gets the opportunity to touch her. Due to the apparent failure of Tika Ivanov and Matvei Ivanov, the claim by Plaintiff about compensation in favour of Tika Ivanov and Matvei Ivanov leave without satisfaction.

As a compensation of the apparent racism from side ot Nata Kiskin with respect to Barbara Smit, and in order to retain other potential racists from a similar action, Nata Kiskin must publically kiss Barbara Smit in her black anus.

Barsik Ribolov must pass again the professional examen before he may continue his professional activity at Galia.

Po Lin must buy all the goods sold to Nata Kiskin for the half of its retail price.

Part of this sum is confiscated to pay the Legal and police costs accorting to the default cost calculation algorithm. Other part should be returned to Murka Bank, together with the money that Nata Kiskin did not spent. In order to compensate the rest, Nata Kiskin becomes unconditional property of Murka Bank according to the Loan Contract. Ruvim Pechor becomes temporal property of Murka Bank for 730x24 hours beginning with taking force of this verdict.

All money and other property of Ruvim Pechor that he has not yet spent should be returned to Galia National University of Tartaria as compensation for his inability to serve his duties.

This verdict takes legal force within 24 hours since the announcement. The decision can be appealed to the Federal Court of Tartaria within 24 hours. During this time, Nata Kiskin is not allowed to leave from the Galia Jail, and Ruvim Pechor is not allowed to leave from the Campus of the Galia National University of Tartaria.

All the judges of the court approve the verdict above.

Colleagues

Lesli Landov came to Ruvim. Lesli Landov expressed regret that Ruvim had not justified the expectations.

Then came Ushat Pomoev. Almost the same words.

Then Masha Gebistov. Again — almost identical wording.

Different people. Same reaction. No one asked what actually happened. No one offered help.

In this country, revolutions may change institutions. But not reflexes.

Not out of cruelty. Out of habit.

Now I understand why Major Derimordov was so glad.

I still do not understand where exactly I made the mistake.

Was it when I agreed to be guarantor? When I assumed that responsibility here means the same thing as elsewhere?

During the hearing, Gella tried to help.

She placed a one-fan banknote on the judges’ table — the same one I had given her.

She said she could not keep it, because I suffer because of her.

She asked them to release me.

Then she started crying.

The court interpreted this as an attempt to influence the judges.

International reaction

The decision of the Galia National Court did not remain unnoticed outside Tartaria.
However, there was no unified reaction.
Different observers described the same events using incompatible languages.

In several publications, both narratives coexisted:

• the accused as dangerous criminals
• the accused as innocent victims of a totalitarian system

The Clever Times published a series of urgent updates:

• “collapse of legal norms”

As usually, the earlier accusations against Ruvim Pechor and Nata Kiskin were repeated without revision.

This contradiction was not addressed.

The report notes that:

Within Tartaria, the verdict entered legal practice.

Council of the USA at Kristovina sent his "Note" to the Tartarian Federal Junta. Within few hours, the Tartarian Federal Secretary personally came to the Consulate. The Federal Secretary brought the following documents:

1. Standard declaration by Nata Kiskin with promises to follow the Laws of Tartaria during her staying at Tartaria, signed by her at the Kristovina Airport upon arrival.

2. "FORM 10" signed by Ruvim Pechor at Galia National University of Tartaria Campus in order to get Nata Kiskin from robocar.

3. Contract of Nata Kiskin with Murka Bank about borrowing 10000 Tartarian funs in cash for performing the intensive business at Galia National University of Tartaria Campus.

4. Cheque from the Po Lin Shop for the expensive purchase of luxury staff payed with cash.

5. Verdict of the National Court of Galia with links to the relevant video records.

6. Confirmation from the Secretary of the Federal Court of Tartaria that no appeal with respect to Verdict of the National Court of Galia is registered in time.

7. Cheque from the Po Lin Shop for buying the staff from Nata Kiskin for half of the retailed price with transfer of the money to Murka Bank and to Galia National Court in proportion calculated with the default algorithm. The tax for the protection of the operation is payed to the administration of farm Galia in amount calculated with the default algorithm.

8. Confirmation that Barsik Ribolov, representing Murka Bank took from Galia University Campus Jail the following staff:
A. Rest of cash that Nata Kiskin did not spent,
B. Nata Kiskin as unconditional property in compensation of the unsufficient payback.
C. Ruvim Pechor as temporal property in compensation of the unsufficient payback.

9. Conclusion by Glem Gvardina that at the moment of transfer Nata Kiskin and Ruvim Pechor have no visible damages at their bodies.

10. Letter from Federal Secretary of Tartaria to the USA Consul:

Ruvim Pechor and Nata Kiskin

Nata received food in her cage.

In the morning, both Ruvim and Nata were placed into a robocar. Only Agent Smith and Glem Gvardina came to say "good bye" to Ruvim and Nata. The doors locked automatically after boarding.

The robocar did not stop.
The road ahead was long enough for all necessary procedures.
No one hurried.
Nata fell asleep.
Ruvim remained awake.
He tried to recall at which moment the situation had become irreversible.
He could not identify it. There was no single moment.
Only a sequence of correct decisions.
