Murka was an extraordinary and controversial figure. Ptichka Vagina had hated Murka. But in the final moments of Murka's life, Ptichka forgave her. |

I fear that our "Ministry of Information" will turn into Roskomnadzor, into Glavlit, into a ministry of censorship, and start levying fees. It is very profitable to block just any road and charge a toll for passage and transport. That is one of the reasons wars start. Idiotic tariffs are one of history's mechanisms, one of the ways empires collapse. Unfortunately, our country is heading down this path, and I see no way to stop this degradation.. The next question was about Arturov. He received a warning that the authorities are seeking his arrest, as well as Ptichka's. Until our administration changes, their return is unlikely. Regarding Murka: she died of asphyxiation. That is roughly how Ptichka's mother died. The written question has come in: «Are you trying to replace Arturov?»... Где видеорепортажи о том, что вы спрашиваете, на сайтах «Радио Свобода», «Voice of America», «New York Times»? Только «Кеветаймс» пишет, что «Артуров удрал в Тартарию».. Но «Кеветаймс» я, с вашего разрешения, комментировать не буду.. Это не вследствие ошибок какого-либо политика. Это следствие нашей ментальности. Я не делаю исключение для себя. Это следствие того, что многие наши граждане, и Брайтон Бич не является исключением, принимают «реалполитик» как новую религию. I think I’ll start with a brief digression. I can’t show you videos from Tartaria here, but I can recount their contents. We might see the emergence of a new profession: a summarizer of videos and other documents from Tartaria’s libraries. This is the sort of thing journalists, newspapermen, correspondents, reporters, and TV commentators ought to be doing. They’ve been doing this—using sources far beyond just Tartaria’s libraries—for centuries. They were doing it long before computers even existed. But now, that practice is gradually dying out. Where are the video reports addressing the questions you’re asking—on the websites of Radio Liberty, Voice of America, or The New York Times? Only «The Clever Times» is reporting that "Arturov has fled to Tartaria"... But, if you’ll allow me, I’m not going to comment on «The Clever Times».. This isn't the result of any single politician's mistakes; it’s a consequence of our own mentality. I don't exempt myself from that. It stems from the fact that many of our citizens — and Brighton Beach is not an exception — have embraced the Realpolitik as a new religion. Instead of considering how to maintain the U.S.'s role as a global leader in science, technology, the economy, and culture, some savages obsess over crushing other nations with tariffs — in particular, suggesting to slow down Tartaria’s development so it can never compete with the U.S. in any area. That is precisely how «American Greatness» is sometimes interpreted: crushing other countries with tariffs and forcing them to join the U.S.. When Tartaria was formed, many new farms sought to join it, though not everyone was admitted, and not so easy. That is the kind of approach our own policy could take. Instead, we see proposals to snatch up or annex some country as a 51st state, just to offload at least a portion of our debts onto the new region. The critics of the ideas is suppressed by the censorship. This didn't start yesterday; this obsession can be traced since the 21st century.. At least.. This is what our country is devolving into. This is why outstanding individuals like Mark Arturov are leaving our country. This is why, instead of finding out what is actually happening from primary sources and records in the libraries of Tartaria, you ask me these questions.. The interface listed the virtual addresses and indicated that they were «highly likely» American officials. Mark asked what the hell for. The interface replied that it was «highly likely» for the purpose of initiating criminal proceedings regarding the corruption of minors, the production of pornography, prostitution, and child abuse. Mark sold his car and some local equipment through the «Second Hands», loaded his family onto his jet, and flew to Tartaria. |

А когда меня спрашивают про Исландию, мне приходится вспоминать и импровизировать..
Мурка, как только узнала, что Артуров летит через Атлантику, пригласила его с семьёй погостить в своей резиденции в Мурке. На борту самолёта произошёл семейный скандал. Птичка хотела лететь, как было запланировано, в Кириан, а не в Мурку. Но дети Птичку уговорили. Артуров собирался въехать в Тартарию как «Визитёр». В результате, они въехали как гости Мурки. По случаю приезда Артурова, Мурка устроила грандиозный приём. Мурка попросила прощения у народов Тартарии и, в частности у жителей Мурки, за Бигпуф, за принудительный призыв девочек в Министерство Вагинальных Дел, и, персонально, у Птички Вагиной за смерть её матери. Мурка торжественно поклялась, что никогда в жизни больше никого принудительно не призовёт. Мурка отметила личные заслуги Птички в разработке мортабота «Utka400»; если бы не эти мортаботы, то Мурка была бы физически уничтожена Кристовиной ещё до приезда миссии Артурова. И Мурка-пахан, и её вотчина. Птичка тут же публично простила Мурку. Мурка публично назначила Птичку Вагину наследницей всего своего имущества. Мурка попросила, чтобы прощение было скреплено «Треугольником». Торжественный приём закончился совершенно неприличным, непристойным перформансом, «Треугольником». Идея этого ритуала заимствована из художественных описaний групповых повадок обезьян вида Бонобо. И даже гипертрофирована. В ритуале участвовали трое: Мурка, Марк Артуров и Птичка Вагина. В библиотеки загружена подробная широкоугольная стереозапись этого ритуала. Пересказывать её здесь я не могу по причинам цензуры. В терминологии Тартарии это упражнение обозначается термином «mff Треугольник с добровольным горловым статичным минетом». Когда Мурка объяснила, чего она хочет, Министр Медицины Мурки указал Мурке, что для её возраста, такое упражнение не рекомендуется. Мурка потребовала чтобы ей и её партнерам не мешали. Ритуал закончился смертью Мурки. Марк первым заподозрил неладное, но Мурка вцепилась в него буквально мёртвой хваткой и не отпускала. Тогда Марк начал громко попросить помощи.. У Мурки остановилось сердце. Оживить Мурку не удалось. Марка тут же обвинили в убийстве и задержали. Птичку тоже. Она рыдала. Всё это при детях. Медики провели экспертизу и подтвердили очевидный диагноз, асфиксия. Пока проводили экспертизу, образовался Суд Линча. Они назначили прокурора и адвоката, допросили Марка как главного подозреваемого, Птичку и их детей.. |

I traced the details of the Arturov case at the National Library of Murka.
And whenever I’m asked about Iceland, I have to rely on memory and improvisation...
As soon as Murka learned that Arturov was flying across the Atlantic, she invited him and his family to stay at her residence in Murka. A family argument broke out on board the plane. Ptichka wanted to fly to Kirian, as originally planned, rather than to Murka. But the children persuaded her otherwise. Arturov had intended to enter Tartaria as a «Visitor». In the end, however, they entered as Murka’s guests. To mark Arturov’s arrival, Murka hosted a grand reception. She asked for forgiveness from the peoples of Tartaria — and the residents of Murka in particular — for the Bigpuf and for the forced conscription of girls into the Ministry of Vaginal Deal; and she apologized personally to Ptichka Vagina for the death of her mother. Murka solemnly swore that she would never again forcibly conscript anyone. Murka acknowledged Ptichka’s personal contribution to the development of the "Utka400" mortabot; had it not been for these mortabots, Murka — both the pahan herself and her domain — would have been physically annihilated by Kristovina even before Arturov’s mission arrived. Ptichka immediately forgave Murka publicly. Murka publicly named Ptichka Vagina the heir to her entire estate. Murka requested that this forgiveness be sealed with the Triangle. The gala reception ended with a thoroughly indecent, obscene performance known as «The Triangle». The concept for this ritual was borrowed — and indeed exaggerated — from accounts of the behavioral customs of bonobos. Three participants took part in the ritual: Murka, Mark Arturov, and Ptichka Vagina. A detailed, wide-angle stereoscopic recording of the ritual has been uploaded to the archives. I cannot recount the details here due to censorship restrictions. In Tartaria’s terminology, this exercise is classified as an «mff Triangle involving a voluntary, deep, static fellatio». When Murka told what she wanted, her Minister of Medicine pointed out that such an exercise is not recommended for anyone of her age. Murka demanded that she and her partners not be interfered with. The ritual ended with Murka’s death. Mark was the first to sense something was wrong, but Murka had clamped onto him with a death grip and would not let go. Mark then began loudly calling for help... Murka’s heart stopped. Attempts to revive her failed. Mark was immediately accused of murder and detained; Ptichka was detained as well. She was sobbing. All of this took place in front of the children. Medics conducted an examination and confirmed the obvious diagnosis: asphyxiation. While the examination was underway, a Lynch Court formed. They appointed a prosecutor and a defense attorney, and interrogated Mark — as the prime suspect — along with Ptichka and their children... |

Все 12 судей признали Марка невиновным. Ещё Суд Линча вынес частное определение: поставить на референдум законопроект, запрещающий на территории Мурки выполнение горлового статичного минета - как недобровольного, так и добровольного. Так тут ещё спрашивают, почему у всех тартарцев три имени, а у Мурки только одно, и совпадает с названием фермы. Отвечаю: У Мурки тоже три имени. Она зарегистрирована как «Мурка Пута Курва». Но она предпочитала, когда её называли только по первому имени. Это помогало ей отождествлять себя и свою ферму. Думаю, что она искренне воспринимала мир именно так.
